Dr. Ellen does not accept any insurance plans, and instead uses a sliding scale based on income, and also accepts FSA and HSA plans.
Dr. Barbara accepts many insurance plans, including Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care and Medicare, and insurance for auto accidents.
Please give 24-hour notice of cancellation.
There is a $60 fee for missed appointments. Thank you.
